N of 1™ formulas are extemporaneously compounded for you and supplied under the direction of your healthcare practitioner. These formulas are:

• Customised for your individual health needs
• Not interchangeable with over-the-counter supplements or evaluated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration as registered or listed medicines
• Not intended for use by any person other than the named patient

If your health status changes, or your experience an unexpected reaction, you must consult your practitioner immediately before continuing use.

2. Fulfilment & Delivery

Your product is:

• Made to order upon purchase
• Typically shipped within [3–5] business days
• Packaged securely and delivered to the address provided at checkout

Shipping times may vary during public holidays or due to courier delays. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Refunds & Returns

Because your formula is personalised and compounded specifically for you:

• We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind
• We do not offer refunds once an order has been compounded and dispatched

If your product arrives damaged or there is an error in the formulation, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with your practitioner to resolve the issue.

• Store your formula in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight
• Follow your practitioner’s usage instructions exactly
• Do not share your formula with others
