Supply to Patients
N of 1™ products are available by prescription only. Patients can only access our product:
Following a consultation or follow-up with a qualified practitioner, or
With a valid prescription from a prior consultation.
Technical product information is reserved for qualified practitioners, in line with the Therapeutic Goods Act. Patients should direct all product-specific questions to their prescribing practitioner, who is best placed to advise based on their case history. Products must not be resold, gifted, or donated to retailers or unqualified individuals for further distribution. N of 1 can answer allergen-related or free-from ingredient queries for the general public, but technical or prescribing questions must go through a practitioner.
Enforcement of Supply Policy
We take our practitioner-only supply model seriously. If a practitioner is found to be selling or promoting our products in ways that contravene this policy, supply will be immediately withdrawn.
Our commitment is to ensure N of 1™ products are only ever prescribed in a professional, patient-centred context. This safeguards both practitioners and patients, while strengthening the complementary medicine profession as a whole.
